This project focused on designing the steering system for a batch of 40 remote-controlled cars while optimizing the manufacturing process to ensure consistent quality and efficient production.
Approach & Solution
I developed a modular steering system that could be easily assembled and adjusted. Custom jigs and a streamlined production layout were created to minimize assembly time and ensure consistency across all units.
Outcome & Results
The steering system was successfully implemented in all 40 cars with consistent performance characteristics.
